BY THE BOOK
By the Book is a puppet-based sitcom that revolves around Gary (Peter Lalayanis), Frank (Andy Halliday), and Giles (Don Ferlazzo); three pals trying their best to live college life “by the book.” The series premiered in 2004, and only produced one full episode before airing a “Three Month Anniversary Special Show” in which the cast recollects By the Book’s success and demise. The show was presented with a National Collegiate Broadcasting Award for Best Technical Production in 2004, and is credited by many for national increases in the price of gasoline.
